Relax in this calm, stylish space, located in a peaceful area on the outskirts of the market town in Ringwood. A perfect location for exploring the New Forest National Park and Dorset Coastline. A short drive to the town centre, restaurants, cafes and shops.
Lots to do in the area for couples including walking or cycling, surfing, kayaking, golf, fishing, horse riding, local museums, nature reserves and award winning restaurants.
The accommodation is set in the spacious grounds of the owner’s property. The accommodation is 510sq ft and is newly renovated with high quality fittings and equipment. It provides accommodation for 2 guests, or 2 guests and an infant, the property offers comfortable open plan living, with free wi-fi, plenty of off road parking, and the use of the attractive front garden and patio area. You may be fortunate enough to see deer roam through the gardens.
Guests have a considerable area of the front lawn which is separated from the families' garden by fencing and railings. Guests have their own patio with outdoor sofa, chimnea privacy screen. and bbq.
Local amenities are located in Butlers Lane, which comprises of a Tesco Express, off-licence, bakers and a fish and chip shop. There is a pharmacy on Gorley Road. The London Tavern pub which also serves food, is a short walk away.
Ringwood Market Town is a 5 minute drive away and has many pubs and restaurants, including Italian, Thai and Indian, some of my recommendations are in my guide book.
There are regular buses to Salisbury and Bournemouth provided by More buses from the bus stop in Ringwood near the Visitors centre.
For days out you must visit the New Forest with its free roaming horses, cattle and donkeys and an abundance of unique villages and pubs throughout. For fishing a day license can be purchased at the tackle shop for fishing on the River Avon with the chance to catch a variety of fish including Pike, Chub and Carp. The beaches of Southbourne and Avon Beach are within a half hour drive, with a mixture of sandy areas and pebbled area. Other nearby days out include Beaulieu Motor Museum, Liberty’s Owl and Reptile Centre, Dorset Heavy Horse Farm, Bolderwood Deer Sanctuary, and you can get a ferry to the Isle of Wight for a day trip! Ringwood Brewery is well worth a visit during your time here, and you can even book a tour to sample the local beers. Ringwood has a weekly market as well as several farm shops within driving distance for local produce.
