Great location! On the Arkansas River, 3 blocks to main ("F") street. Peaceful, quiet setting with your own backyard and river access. The house was completely remodeled in 2014 and is very comfortable. You'll find a well-stocked kitchen, wi-fi, smart TV with Netflix, Disney+. One short-hair dog is allowed with a $75 pet fee (backyard is open to the river, not completely fenced). Plenty to do in and around Salida - hiking, biking, fishing, hot springs, skiing, shopping, relaxing! Short term license #0258.

Summary: Property location was great, a lot of wildlife in area and a short walk to town. The couches have seen better days, it did have a dog odor which Lysol spray took care of. The dryer does not get hot. Trash cans were full when we arrived and were not emptied during our stay, the owners did have another trash can to use.
