A spacious and clean 3bdrm home, only a 10min walk from the beach, great for families or groups of friends. This two-story, 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home offers space and privacy with upstairs and downstairs living areas. A short drive to great cafes and wineries in the area, it's a perfect place to stay for a family or couples wanting a quiet place to chill out.
Configuration: 2 queen beds, 3 single beds.
Bedroom 1: Located upstairs, master room with queen bed, ensuite.
Bedroom 2: Located upstairs, 2 single beds.
Upstairs bathroom is large ensuite with shower over small bath.
Upstairs you are welcomed by a spacious family room with TV and small balcony and air conditioner/heating split system.
Bedroom 3: Located downstairs, queen bed and single bed.
Downstairs bathroom with shower and attached laundry.
The downstairs features a large open plan kitchen and dining area (includes a TV) which allows for cooking while entertaining. There is a breakfast bar for three to sit and a dining table for four. The kitchen has everything one has at home - oven and microwave, coffee pod machine (with coffee pods included), fridge & freezer and plenty of utensils & a dishwasher.
Off from the kitchen is a full lounge reading room that can be closed off for privacy. This has a small sofa bed.
The dining area leads to an undercover alfresco deck with table and chairs overlooking a quaint, fully fenced backyard.
There is a laundry with washing machine, iron and ironing board.
There is a great collection of books for our guests to enjoy.
Large double garage (for cars or boat etc.) along with street parking.
Quiet and friendly street/neighbourhood.
10 minute walk to beach & yacht club (which has live jazz on Sundays in summer).

10 minute drive to larger supermarkets (Aldi and Coles) in Drysdale.

Summary: We loved this place. Very conveniently located near the beach. Quiet little street, house had everything that you could need. Lots of little things that made it feel homely. Kimberley is a great host, very accommodating right from the initial inquiry all the way through to the stay. Very clear instructions on everything required. Walking distance to a wonderful quite section of the beach also easy parking. Shops are a long walk away, but we drove and found lots of car parks available. Highly recommend this house, just don't book it when we want to go next :-)
