Keep it relaxed and head directly down to the beach below, famed for its calm, clean waters and a great place for the morning swim, it offers free BBQ facilities, amenities block and a childrens playground to the northern end. There is a grassed landing to the rear of the property as well as access to a pathway that leads to the popular 'Bridle Path' that skirts the bay. Head along this path into Nelson Bay township approx 2km away for cafes and restaurants either in the CBD or Marina.
The Duplex - Positioned overlooking popular Dutchies Beach, Mirage offers modern open plan living with amazing views from most windows. A split system air conditioner keeps you cool in summer and warm in winter. The living area has two x 2 seater lounges, 36 inch Flat Screen TV, free wifi, CD player, dining table and chairs.
