Positive: Great apartment. Extraordinary comfort level. High quality on everything but no unnecessary luxury. Walking distance to the historical centre and the “lungomare”, but you should be aware that there is a considerable altitude difference, making the walk tough for less athletic people. The area is calm and feels safe but the closest shops/cafés/restaurants are 400m away. The main street outside is one-way and taxis, which are always difficult in Italy, have to make a big loop to arrive.
