My accommodation is ideal for couples. Penthouse apartment on the 4th Floor with fantastic views of the Mediterranean Sea and the Aeolian Islands.
Balcony around the approximately 100 m² apartment. 2 comfortable bedrooms, large living and dining area.
The apartment was built in 2016 and refurbished.
Approximately 300 m to the sea. Bakery and supermarket within walking distance. S. Giorgio has several restaurants and ice cream parlors right on the beach promenade. Railway station about 5 minutes walk.
In the middle of Sicilian life and yet high up between heaven and earth is the penthouse apartment on the 4th Floor with fantastic views of the Mediterranean Sea with the Aeolian Islands.
The apartment is surrounded by a terrace balcony.
Early in the morning you can enjoy the sunrise from here and in the evening admire the sunset sky in all its colors.
The apartment offers two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds. All beds have comfortable mattresses. Reading lights and spacious closets are provided.
The apartment is comfortably furnished with a large dining and living area.
The kitchen offers all the utensils that you also have at home. Here it is a pleasure to cook yourself. The supermarket with butcher, well-stocked vegetable, fruit department with cheese and sausage counter is a 3-minute walk away. The bakery is directly opposite.
There is a large round dining table between the kitchen and living area and a dining table in the sheltered outdoor area on the balcony.
The living room is comfortably furnished with a large sofa and armchairs. Here you can simply relax, watch TV, surf the Internet or read, reading lamps are also available here.
You have free internet access.
The apartment is suitable for both summer and winter holidays. In summer you will spend a lot of time on the balcony, a particularly beautiful place is the outer bed in the protected area from sun and wind with a view of the Aeolian Islands.
Freshly washed laundry blows dry very quickly. There is enough space on the small balcony with outdoor lines. Please always cling the laundry firmly.
In winter you will spend more time in the living room, where you can sit comfortably and simply switch on the heating on cooler days.
Unfortunately, our apartment is not suitable for the disabled since there is no elevator.
The beach is about 300 m away. Only a few minutes by car. There is a large free beach that invites you to swim and swim for free. Loungers, parasols and changing rooms can be rented directly in a certain beach area during the Italian summer holiday season.
Arrival: If you come by plane, you can land in Palermo or Catania. There is a train from Palermo that also runs in S. Giorgio stops.
From Catania airport there is a bus to Messina, from there you can take the train to S. Use Giorgio. Rental cars can be rented at both airports. This is useful if you plan trips on site.
