Please note there is a mininum rental period of 60 days, but I would like to rent the unit out for the whole 5 months.
Two year old 14th floor penthouse condo has a great view of Skaha Lake, the mountains and the Penticton airport. The large windows let in plenty of light to help cure the winter blues.
This unit has a full complement of appliances, large and small, and linens, towels, dishes, pots and pans and cutlery.
There are 3 tvs, one set up with Roku, and cablevision with the TSN sports channels and of course high speed internet. The heat is also included.
Skaha Lake Park, with tennis courts, basketball courts and an outdoor gym is a 5 min walk away. A few minutes walk or a short drive away you will find shopping(Walmart, Super Store and Cherry Lane Shopping Centre) and pubs and restaurants.
My partner, Val, hails from South Africa and speaks Africans and can converse with all you Dutch speakers out there.
And there is a heated secure single car garage for your vehicle.
Penticton and the Okanagan is great location to spend the winter with usually mild weather and seldom any snow.
