Pelican Waters 1 is a 2 bedroom ground floor apartment with stunning views of the Merimbula Lake. The apartments offers a sunny northerly aspect which is perfect for those Winter months. The apartment is sandwiched between the lake and Merimbula's main surf beach which is a 2 minute stroll around the beautiful boardwalk.
Pelican Waters 1 has a queen bed in the main bedroom and the second bedroom has a double bed.

Both apartments also have a folding baby cot for your convenience. The kitchens are fully equipped with everything you could need, including a dishwasher. Summary: Amazing location, beautiful home, the best power shower I have never come across, if you like fishing, just walk across is the water, full of Black fish. Although there is no Internet, but with my own phone data, not a problem at all. Will come back again . Super highly recommend
