This home was completely rebuilt in 2005. It now has a separate sitting area to the primary bedroom with a separate door which is perfect for a home office, playroom or to a mother-in-law suite and an extra bathroom which is a rare find in this community. It also features a large screened in porch off of the back of the home for enjoying the spacious yard and firepit.

Summary: The property was ok but is slightly misleading to be listed as a 3 bedroom. The first bedroom is fine with a queen bed and door. There is another bedroom with queen bed and door but the bed is so incredibly loud with every movement that it is nearly impossible to sleep in unless you don’t move at all or are a very sound sleeper. The final “bedroom” has bunk beds but does not have a door and has the 2nd bathroom attached. This worked for us only because 2 people in our party were not able to come at the last minute and we were a close enough group that not having a bedroom door was ok… not convenient but not a deal breaker. The kitchen has basic utensils, bowls/plates and pots/pans. If you plan to prepare many meals, I’d suggest bringing additional supplies like knives, cutting board and prep bowls. The house was fairly clean but had quite a bit of sand on the floor throughout, to be fair, given the sandiness of the area it’s hard to avoid.
