Summary: I don't like doing this but people need proper expectations. Besides the minor inconveniences like being given the wrong WiFi password and the owner being out of town (along with their chosen replacement) there are many things wrong with my experience of this property: There is a canoe and a paddle boat, but they were flooded and the oars were all broken. There was a BBQ, but no way to light it. There was AC but it couldn't keep up with the heat. The listing is for 12 people, but there were only 8 chairs,plates and 3 mugs. There was a smoke detector, but it had no power and expired 5 years ago. No first aid kit, no fire extinguisher, and mouse droppings all over the kitchen. Needless to say I approached the owner about these issues. I was redirected to a local representative who was also out of town and I recieved a prompt call asking me if I was "here to have fun or inspect the property"... Would not recommend. Appalled at the standards of VRBO.
