Welcome to The Blue Heron in Moss Creek (Hilton Head Island). This charming 3-bedroom home is located on Henri's Pond with an expansive pond/marsh view. This home is fully furnished with all the amenities for your comfort~ TV in the living room, 2.5 bathrooms with shower/tub, internet/cable/Wi-Fi, washer/dryer, dishwasher & fully equipped kitchen.
The Moss Creek community offers boundless opportunities to experience the outdoors featuring 2–18-hole Fazio championship golf courses/driving range, tennis/pickleball courts, saltwater pool/lap pool that overlooks the Calibogue Sound, deep water access for boating (kayaks/paddleboards), crabbing & fishing docks, equestrian center, fitness center, nature preserves, and hiking/biking trails. The renowned clubhouse offers breakfast, lunch and dinner for your enjoyment.
Fording Island Nature Preserve is 11-acre maritime forest with hiking trails excellent for wildlife viewing. This preserve is within walking distance of the cottage. Blue Heron Sanctuary is 36-acres of small islands connected by elevated walking trails and boardwalks home to an array and abundance of wildlife.
