Experience a beautiful home with plenty of amenities including board games, trampoline, and a relaxing hammock. Benefit from our well equipped kitchen by creating memories with a cookout on our beautiful patio. With more than half an acre for your enjoyment. Newport beaches and attractions are 15 minutes away, in which we offer beach necessities.
The Space:
Come and enjoy some relaxing time in this half acre home. It has everything needed for a nice getaway, close to the beach, and 15 minutes to Newport attractions.
Pre-checking the property prior to your arrival and disinfecting it with proper products.
Contactless/ Self check-in instructions will be sent prior to your arrival.
We welcome all guests who are respectful and appreciate the opportunity of staying in our cozy home. Absolutely no loud music or no parties at any time.

All essentials, towels are provided with a fully stocked kitchen.

**If you book up to two-week stay, a light cleaning fee will be required at additional fee! If you stay one month, then 2 light cleanings will be applied. This is only for the purpose to keep house/unit/property clean.
