Positive: All the staff have been very accommodating from the very first minute and helped us with airport transfer, local tips and miscellaneous questions. The room was spotless and had a great view. There was a problem but it was promptly addressed and fixed without any further trouble. The location is perfect for doing the best things in El Nido; we easily reached the Taraw cliffs canopy walk, a supermarket, great restaurants, multiple island tour providers and more within 5 minutes walk of the residence. They provide a steamer, 2x 350ml water bottles, toaster oven, microwave and cutlery in the room. We can highly recommend you to stay in this location in the heart of El Nido.
Negative: This is a very minor complaint and did not really bother us too much. There are no clothing hangars to hang your clothing up. Everything else is pretty much perfect.
