The space
The downstairs of this house has a spacious open plan well-equipped kitchen/diner, which leads out onto a raised patio overlooking the garden.
If you want to get away from it all, there is also a separate lounge with wall mounted 42inch Smart TV and electric fire, perfect for a quiet, cozy evening.
As you go upstairs, you will find a super-king sized master bedroom to the front of the property with 32inch freeview TV.
Next you will find a bunk-bed room sleeping up to 3 in a double bed at the bottom and queen size bed on top.
The further third, bright bedroom has a single bed.
There is a downstairs toilet just off the hallway and a full bathroom upstairs with separate bath and shower. A separate utility room off the kitchen is also a handy feature.
The outside space is really something to note at this house. The large corner plot garden has a raised resin patio where you can enjoy a barbecue, whilst sitting and overlooking the lawn area through the glass balustrades. If you get a little chilly, you can sit move down to the seating area off the lawn where you will find a fire pit that you can warm yourselves around should you wish to use it.
