The space
We are delighted to welcome you to our home. Located in the quaint village of Eckington, tucked away amongst the Worcestershire countryside. Found approximately 15 minutes’ drive from the historical city of Worcester and a stones throw away from the Cotswolds. You will be staying in a charming one double bedroom home. Enjoy a cosy getaway with picturesque walks, local village shops and country pubs serving arguably the best food that Worcestershire has to offer.
Our property sleeps up to 2 guests (one double).
Ground Floor:
After parking your car on the ample parking area, you enter through a gate into the large garden. Walking into our home you arrive into the hallway with beautiful panelled walls. Moving next into the large open-plan living, dining and kitchen area.
The living area has a comfy sofa, coffee table, television and antique chest of drawers.
The well-equipped kitchen area, that has everything you need for home dining. Use of appliances include an oven, electric hob, fridge and washing machine. Smaller appliances include a microwave, kettle, toaster, and Nespresso coffee machine.
The dining area has seating for two overlooking the beautiful garden and outdoor seating area.
Finally, the downstairs has a beautifully designed and sizeable shower room.
First Floor:
The bedroom is located on a mezzanine level overlooking the living area. The bedroom has a comfortable double bed and a small seating area
Outside:
Parking is available on the gravel parking area to the front of the property with space that could easily accommodate two cars. Access to the parking area is along a quiet road.
There is a private garden to the rear of the property with outdoor seating solely for guests use.

CHECK IN / CHECK OUT
Check-in time is after 4pm and check-out time is before 10am. A £30 charge will be requested if guests check themselves in early without permission or if guests do not check out on time as this will cause disruption to my cleaner’s schedule.
Please note that you will be charged £100 for lost keys, so please be careful with them.
