The space
This is a completely updated, one story, modern home close to eateries, grocery stores, freeways, Riverbend Hospital, and all University activities. Named for the city park adjacent to the home, Parkside Paradise is perfect for families or groups of up to 6 people. The home has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 living spaces, kitchen, dining, laundry and game room. The primary bathroom features a walk in shower with beautiful modern tile. There is also a full bath off of the hallway for the other two bedrooms to share, which includes a tub/shower combo. We offer Kirkland Signature shampoo, conditioner & body wash. Each bedroom has a closet with shelving and hangers to store your personal items. The bedrooms and baths are down the hallway, away from the living spaces. The kitchen is well equipped with all new appliances including an induction stove and stocked with most essentials. Help yourself to coffee (Columbian dark roast) and tea. If there is something you don't see, don't hesitate to ask. The kitchen is open to the dining area, which seats up to 6. There is additional seating at the kitchen peninsula perfect for kiddos or a quick bite to eat. The comfortable family room has a gas fireplace and large TV with cable. The converted garage includes a ping-pong table, darts, seating areas and washer/dryer complete with laundry soap tabs, dryer balls, and drying rack. The well manicured yard includes a covered patio with TV & cable, gas Weber grill, outdoor dining table, Hot Tub spa with 35 hydromassage jets, and gas fire pit surrounded by Adirondack chairs. Enjoy the park view from the backyard or access the park through the back gate. Help yourself to seasonal strawberries and blueberries in the backyard.
Guests will have access to the house, yard & driveway. Garage has been converted to a game room with laundry. Please keep garage doors shut and do NOT park in the garage.
