Our place is in a cutting edge 2023 development alongside T.W. Blake Park, giving you direct access to wander through to Northland Shopping Centre. The impressive 2 bedroom 1st floor design caters for your full lifestyle demands with its well equipped kitchen, laundry and free street parking, while the fabulous balcony lets you take in the natural beauty of the park with a quiet beverage. It’s the ideal northern base where you can walk to the 86 tram to link into the CBD or to the universities.
Our place is sparkling, as modern as can be. It’s got that quality look and feel with Oak floors, matte black accents and superb double glazing, while it’s wonderfully peaceful overlooking the park behind creates an idyllic ambience. Kick back and relax in the open plan living and dining area on the 3 seater couch while watching your favourite shows on the Hisense flat screen smart TV (Netflix, YouTube, Kayo connectivity). Or you could get to utilizing the sensational kitchen with its impressive fleet of appliances including a gas cooktop, electric oven, dishwasher (pods provided), Westinghouse fridge/freezer, Nutribullet blender, air fryer, microwave, rice cooker, toaster and kettle. We’ve also got all the pots, pans, cutlery and crockery required, plus there’s a 4 seater dining table to enjoy meals together. Feel free to spill out onto the balcony to enjoy your morning coffee taking in the sunrise on the outdoor chairs listening to the bird life and enjoying the glorious park backdrop. Blake Park is a great open space to stretch your legs and kick a ball, while it makes for a pleasant path towards Northland which has absolutely everything you could ever need in shopping, dining and services including a Hoyts cinema and Timezone arcade.
Footsteps to Murray Road, you’ll find a bus that takes you into Preston Market for a cosmopolitan array of fine foods and delicacies. For those who like to stay the day active, enjoy a stroll or jog along Darebin River around the Olympic Park site.

Our place is super easy care and weather temperate, easily controlled using the balcony doors to let in the fresh air, and climate system to adjust to the Melbourne weather conditions. On the unlikely occasion you do run into any unwanted guests, we’ve left a bottle of bug spray in the laundry cabinet just for that. This place is perfect for small families or friends sharing, happy to use a shared bathroom.
