This exclusive suburb is surrounded by 1900s architecture. The Parkhaven cottage built in 1904, hides an eclectic fusion of old, new and artistic. Adelaide artist Brooke Miles works are featured on the walls and in paintings throughout the property. This Million-dollar home has it all, stunning entrance hall, 3 double bedrooms 2 queen and a master with a king which can be split into King singles. Both Bathrooms are contempory and recently renovated to the highest standard. The family room is amazing with an indoor outdoor seamless deck.The Chefs kitchen has it all, PARKHAVEN @ PARKSIDE is impeccably furnished with a mix of antique fused with ultra-modern. All linen & Towels are 5-star hotel quality when only the best will do. Outside dining is surrounded by a vertical garden, water features and secure parking for 2 cars. Coffee on the front Veranda or walk to the many cafes, restaurants and coffee houses in the area.
