Summary: The communication with the repair staff was really good. However, we had no hot water for 4 day. The repair staff worked towards fixing it and were responsive Park lane properly managers have yet to respond to an email from me All doors in the unit were really squeaky and were never addressed despite many requests. I would not stay there again. Location was great however
