This massive, 5 bedroom 2 bath Paris themed centrally located home boasts elegant decor with a private backyard oasis.
Whether you are coming for the Akron Zoo, Akron University, John S. Knight Center, or the downtown Akron events this house is close to all the action and easy on/off access from all expressways and interchanges in central Akron.
The home is spacious and cozy, recently updated and now includes central air!! (May2022)
You will have complete and private use of the home the entire time you are here.
We are 15 minutes from Akron Canton Airport and 35 minutes from Cleveland International Airport. You will be pressed to find a short-term rental that offers the size, convenience in location, and privacy in the inner city.
We are also within minutes of all of Akron's world-class hospitals, Including Akron Children's, The Veterans Administration, Summa, and Akron General.
The neighborhood is the inner city and you will notice that 3 out of 5 houses in the neighborhood are nicely maintained and have been renovated recently, whereas 2 out of 5 are clearly crowded with random junk outside.
This home is in the Summit Lake area of Akron and the city is putting a lot of money into upgrading and renovating the neighborhood. Just a few blocks away is the brand new Nature Center which the famous 101 Mile Ohio Towpath runs right alongside, so bring your running/walking and jogging legs and go explore off of IRA Ave, and park at the Nature Center. Or
if you feel lucky bring a fishing pole and throw the cast off the dock.
