PARDON OUR DUST- CONSTRUCTION BEING DONE IN THE BACK HALF OF THE BACKYARD.
You get the whole house to yourself. Located in West Jordan, and just 20 minutes from downtown Salt Lake City, or 40 minute from the ski resorts. Close to Jordan Landings shopping center, this house features over 2400 sq ft of finished living space. Built in 1989 this rambler has been remodeled with tile floors, carpet, kitchen counters, tile bathrooms, central AC/heater, basement windows and much more all less than 1 year ago.
A two car garage and driveway that can hold 3 cars side by side should handle your parking needs.
The front room with its large picture window has a sofa, two chairs and a 50 inch TV with Disney, Netflix, Hulu and the local free TV channels.
The main level kitchen features granite countertops, stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator and coffee maker . The adjacent dining room has two bar stools and a table with 6 chairs.. (Extra table leaf in the garage if needed).
Relaxing in one of 4 chairs on the covered patio is one of my favorite places to drink the morning coffee or finish the day. This makes a great place to enjoy that cigarette. (please no smoking in the house)
The master bedroom has a queen bed with Serta Perfect Sleeper mattress. .The master bath was remodeled to a full tile walk in shower rainfall shower head and granite counter around the sink.
The washer and dryer are also located in the master bedroom. Its own closet is located just as you enter the room. Please don't overfill the machine. Laundry soap and fabric softener are provided for you to use.
There are two more bedrooms on the main level. One with a queen bed the other has two twin beds. Both are well lit and have luggage racks.
The lower lever also has a full kitchen with microwave, fridge, stove/oven, dishwasher. Here we stock plenty of paper plates, cups, bowls and plastic utensils. There are also some plates bowls and other kitchen items.
The lower level family room and dining area features a 55 inch TV. This also has Netflix Hulu and free local channels. (Sorry this TV does not support Disney).
The table will seat 6 and the large sectional can hold many more.
The lower level bathroom was built less than 1 year ago with a tile walk-in shower.
The two lower level bedrooms both have Serta Perfect Sleeper mattresses new carpet and windows.
