'Paradise Found' is ready to meet the needs of the most discerning guests. We purchased 'Paradise Found' in 2012 and completed a top to bottom renovation of the home the same year. In 2021, we completed an update of the living room furniture, bedding, andother furnishings toensure guest comfort.
Its stately gated entrance gives way to a grand boulevard lined with trees, flowers and waterfalls leading to the home and its lakefront views. With achef's ready granite and stainless kitchen and spa-like 2 headed walk-in shower with bench seating, we think you'll agree that 'Paradise Found' has everything you'll need for the perfect trip to Naples.
Imagine the sun climbing over the palm trees and glistening off the lake as you sip your morning coffee on the expansive rear lanai. A 20 foot high fountain provides a soothing backdrop to the view of the private island complete with its own coconut, banana and bird of paradise vegetation. The island's lush foliage provides great shade for a late afternoon snack or glass of wine.
Back at 'Paradise Found' you will enjoy a ground level (no step!)2 BR / 2 BA 1351 sq ft under air with front (79 sq ft) and rear lanais (165 sq. ft) giving this end-unit villa lots of light and an airy feel. You'll love its walk in showers with invigorating rain shower heads with grab bars for easy access, 2 lanais (front and rear) for enjoying the tropical sights and sounds, and its contemporary yet comfortable furnishings including large screen flat paneled wall mounted televisions with surround sound.
We've spared no expense to ensure that Paradise Found is ready to meet your perfect vacation wish-list. The unit has fast WIFI internet and unlimited long distance calling to keep in touch with friends and family. And when you are ready to step out of the villa, Falling Water's rich amenities are at your door. Its 13,000 sq. ft pool (one of largest in SW Florida) with waterfalls and islands is a great spot to relax, meet neighbors from around the world, and catch some sun. The clubhouse complex has 2 tennis courts and shaded / screened bocce courts. The 2.1 mile neighborhood walking / biking path is a great way to get some exercise.
Outside of Falling Waters' gates lie Naples' superb amenities including world-class gulf beaches and shopping, arts centers, fishing and nature preserves all within 10 - 15 minutes drive. 5th Ave is within a short 10 min drive. We've been vacationers in Naples for over 15 years and we are confident that you are going to love Paradise Found not only for its luxury and comfort, but how easy it is to take advantage of all that Naples has to offer.

The unit has 2 BR / 2 BA. The master BR is a King Bedroom and offers an oversize walk in shower with grab bars, a stone bench, and 2 spa like rain shower heads. The guest BR can be configured as 2 twins or a king based on your preference. The guest bath includes a walk in shower with grab bar and sliding glass doors.
We provide 4 beach chairs, umbrella and beach towels for your use along with 2 bicycles. We're happy to share our tips and recommendations in a booklet we'll leave for your reference. We're confident you'll love Naples as much as we do!
