Ideally located between Middleton Point and Surfers Parade with panoramic surf coast views and your own large lawn reserve at the front of the property which leads directly to your own almost private beach! Plenty of space for everyone with two living areas, two balconies and four spacious bedrooms.
Please note: a $500 bond applies to all bookings.

* Upstairs spacious open plan living with flat screen TV, dining, kitchen area with magnificent sea views through floor to ceiling windows that run the full length of the home
* 4 bedrooms - generous master suite downstairs with a queensize bed and sea views through floor to ceiling windows, second bedroom downstairs with 2 single beds and 2 trundle beds,third bedroom upstairs with a queen bedand fourth bedroom upstairs with a queen bed and access to the rear balcony
* Second living area downstairs with a flat screen TV, foozball table and access to the large lawn reserve and beach
* Ensuite with a shower,vanity andtoilet
* Bathroom with a bath andshower with a separatevanity anda separate toilet
* Laundry with front load washing machine,dryer and third toilet
* Front andrear balconies - rear entertaining balcony with outdoor furniture and a gas BBQ

This is a fully self-contained holiday rental property. Quilts with covers and pillows are provided but you are required to bring your own bedroom, bathroom and kitchen linen.
If you wish to hire linen please call our office and we will be happy to arrange this for you. The linen company requires a minimum of 3 days notification prior to your arrival to coordinate your hired linen, which will be delivered to the property prior to your arrival. We do not offer a bed making facility, you will need to make the beds upon arrival.
