It is also completely solar powered and off grid but with all the amenities of town homes. It is quiet at night with the predominant sounds being that of the desert and ocean as we are two miles up the canyon from the beach. Mi casa es su casa so you can build a fire in the pit, bbq on your big deck, or stargaze from your hammock. We are also 100% solar so you just need to be aware of lights that are not being used. A car is necessary

Summary: I would not recommend this property. I booked for 13 days and left after one night. The sewage smell was terrible and shower drain inoperable. The accommodations were rustic at best. The owner should’ve refunded my money.
