Here, comfortable furnishings in the soothing colors of the sand and water invite you to sit down, grab a drink, and soak in either that mesmerizing view or the crackling flames of the fireplace. The coastal-themed decor adds another layer of serenity to the space. A separate conversation space for four is just beyond the formal dining room and provides a floor-to-ceiling view of the lake. On the second level is another living room tucked away down a short corridor. Here, you'll find a cozy sofa and an HDTV. Perhaps best of all is the entrance to a covered deck overlooking the pool and lake, with a comfortable seating group, with a gas fire pit table.
