Located in the Bahia Condominium, right in the heart of the Sandestin Resort, our penthouse is the best in the Grand complex. It's newly renovated and has an open floor plan which is perfect for your family or group getaway. The fifth-floor location provides panoramic views over Choctawhatchee Bay, and the huge semicircular terrace is the best place to relax and take in the fabulous sunsets.
You are a SHORT WALK away from the:
- The Grand Complex: Just outside the front door of the Bahia lobby is a large, beautiful swimming pool complete with two hot tubs. Just a few steps down the perfectly manicured walkway, you will find the Convention Center and fitness center.
- Village at Baytowne Wharf: Shopping, dining, events, and fun nightlife are all easily accessible. The Wharf has a little something for everyone, including an adventure zone with rides and activities for children to enjoy. Later in the evening, at the events plaza, you might catch a movie, live entertainment, and even fireworks.

- A spectacular kitchen fully equipped with every appliance, utensil, and serving ware you will need to prepare a feast. Complete with double ovens, custom cabinets, sweeping quartz countertops, and a large island with pendant lighting.
- Butler's Pantry with built-in bar, coffee and tea station, and wine/beverage cooler.
- Spacious living area with a dining table that seats 8-10, a brand new leather sectional, a 65" smart TV with sound bar, and French doors opening out to the private, massive terrace space.
- Huge outdoor terrace (225 sq ft) that overlooks the Grand Complex and the bay. This fantastic space has dining tables, a conversation area, loungers, ping-pong, corn hole, and more.
- A beautiful art gallery hallway that leads you to the secluded and private bedrooms.
