Short distance, within 5-10 min drive to New Smyrna Beach where you can find shops, fine dinning, art galleries, theater, beach and local events; 30 min to Daytona beach & speedway. The area is ideal for nature and beach lovers. Wildlife, fishing, kayaking, canoeing, paddle boarding, jet-skiing & boating right here on the river!!!! launch a boat--less than 1/4 mile away. Flagler Avenue has lots of restaurants, spas, beach bars, and shops. Historic downtown New Smyrna is at Canal Street, has its own entertainment and fun.
