Positive: The house is nice and big. There is a nice pool. The hostess answered us very fast and solved all problems before and during the stay.

Negative: 1) The house was very dirty when we checked in: dust and black hair everywhere, even in the beds. There were pieces of excrement in the toilets; the house was not cleaned at all. 2) The photos are not actually true. The house is much older and doesn't look as nice as in the photos, but it's still nice. 3) There's a very, very loud road near the house; even at night, there are a lot of cars, quads, and bikes. 4) The pool filtration was very weak; the pool almost had insects, and we had to clean it. 5) After we complained about the dirty house, the hostess turned from a nice person to neutral. She still tried to solve the situation, but the cleaner lady was completely unprofessional. 6) The main entrance for the car is not comfortable. It is not automated; you don't have enough place to stop and need to open the gate manually. At least there could be an automated gate. 7) All air conditioning units are different; in one room, it's very powerful and cold, and in another room, it's very weak. The position of the bed and AC units are wrong; airflow comes directly to your body, and even if you set a slow airflow, you feel cold at night. If you turn it off, it's very hot.
