Positive: location was good and staff were very friendly and helpful
Negative: I had made the original booking on the basis of the pool and the inhouse gym. On arrival we found that both were being refurbished. While there was access available to a gym offsite, this was not what I was aiming for when booking. It would have been better if we had been advised of the situation in advance and had the ability to change if desired
