3 Bedroom House in Battle Lake

You will love the natural beauty of staying on the Ottertail River summer and winter! This 3 bedroom plus home has been totally remodeled from top to bottom. You will be able to bring the whole family and guest for a time of rest, relaxation and fun on and in the water. Ottertail river is crystal clear and wonderful for floating, swimming, fishing and kayaking. You are just yards away from the entrance to Deer Lake for boating and fishing as well.
You will now have a dedicated Fish Cleaning Station complete with a cleaning table, running water and a dedicated refrigerator/freezer. Please be mindful of the next guests; thoroughly clean the space and put your debris/guts (double bagged) in the freezer until Sunday night then put in outside garbage Monday am pick up.
There is a separate structure on the property with a owners quarters. They may occasionally use the dock/beach to launch their personal watercraft. They have a private yard and fire pit not show in the pictures.
Covid 19 Update:
We are currently planning on being able to welcome all of our guests with reservations subject to the Governor of Minnesota direction. That being said we will be implementing a few changes below to help keep all of our guests and staff safe and healthy!
Check in and check out times will be modified to allow additional time for cleaning and sanitizing the property. Check in 4:00 - Check out 9:00 am
You will receive a text the day of your arrival with the entry information for a remote Check in.
We will be following a new expanded cleaning protocol to sanitize all hard surfaces possible, high touch areas and soft surfaces (furniture, draperies, rugs).
We will provide cleaning products for you to sanitize to your comfort level during your stay.
If you prefer to bring all of your own linens let me know in advance of your stay.
We will provide an initial supply of toilet paper and paper towels. You will need to bring additional amounts of these products depending on your specific needs.
I apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause but we are doing our best to be cautious and conscientious in our cleaning and sanitizing efforts. We want you all to be able to enjoy great family time in a safe and welcoming environment.

Summary: It’s a nice secluded place that takes a bit to get to but if you love being off a river this is the place for you. Make sure you know who to communicate with if issues arise during your stay.
