You can’t stay any closer to the river because it is no longer allowed. Original cabin that was once located inside the National Park. It was moved in the 40’s to its current location on the edge of Thompson River just minutes from the Beaver Meadows entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park and downtown Estes Park. Fish steps in front of your cabin.

This updated modern rustic cabin has two double beds. Enjoy your own private fire pit, amazing views of the river, pine trees, and wildlife. Wi-Fi, DirecTV, Roku, Keurig coffee maker and a fully stocked kitchen. Fish right in front of your cabin, BBQ, shoot darts, or challenge your loved one to an epic game of corn-hole on our grounds.
Little Twig is part of River Spruce Cabins, an intimate 10 cabin resort on the Thompson River where you can fish in front of your cabin or toast s'mores in front of your fire pit. Be one of the lucky ones to enjoy this special place and become a member of the long lines of families that keep returning year after year. This is not a cheap Spartan experience. We go out of our way to make sure you have a complete experience with modern amenities and tasteful décor.
