This quintessential simple beach house is conveniently located 30 metres from the sands of North Avoca beach.
This cottage is ideal for a family, for a couples getaway with a dog or for time away with friends.
Bedrooms 1 and 2 have queen beds, and bedroom 3 tri-bunk a double on the botton and a single on the top.
There is one bathroom with a bath, shower and toilet, an additional outdoor toilet, a BBQ area in the backyard and a laundry with a washing machine and dryer.
North Avoca is perfectly situated away from the hustle and bustle but just over the hill from Terrigal's restaurants, cafes, bar and boutiques and a short drive (or stroll down the beach) to all Avoca has to offer.
