They have to re-pave the sidewalk in front of it in order to make it flush. Opus has said guests are welcome to use it in the meantime. For those in mobility devices, there is still a public access point just a couple of minutes away.

The oceanfront primary suite boasts private balcony access to enjoy spectacular oceanfront views. The second bedroom is elegantly decorated and contains one queen bed and a twin bed with a full bathroom just across the hall. The third bedroom has a king bed with an adjoining full bathroom.
The kitchen comes fully stocked for all your cooking needs and contains 4 bar stools for additional seating. The adjacent dining area for 6 overlooks the ocean. Nearby, the spacious living room boasts comfortable furnishings and breathtaking direct ocean views. This condominium even includes a full laundry room for added convenience. Secured parking is available in the underground garage and includes a reserved space for each unit. There is parking for one additional vehicle on a first come, first serve basis on the main level. Please note only parking availability in your one assigned space can be guaranteed. There are no trailers or recreational vehicles (RVs) allowed to be parking on-site at any condo complexes however, we can refer guests to an off-site parking company upon request after the booking is confirmed.

The majority of adult guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. After booking, Oceans Luxury Vacations will reach out to you via email in order to obtain a photo ID and an e-sign rental agreement. If you book a reservation anywhere other than AirBNB and your arrival date is 14 days away or less at booking, we do also need a photo of you holding your ID in order to verify your identity and prevent fraud.
