The open floor plan villa boasts a private master suite upstairs**, with stunning nearly 360• views of the surrounding vistas, including the famed Three Sisters mountains. An en-suite open-air rain shower has a large picture window, allowing you to watch a family of white-tail deer forage as you shampoo your hair. Just off the master suite, you’ll find an outdoor hot tub perfectly positioned to enjoy year round sunsets. Two expansive top floor decks allow for relaxation and suntanning on the canopied chaise lounger, open air yoga on the provided mats, and star-gazing in the evenings from the hot tub. One the main level, you’ll find 2 guest bedrooms which share a beautiful full bath, complete with rain shower and large soaking bathtub. The open floor plan living space has gorgeous views from the comfort of daybed couches, a wood-burning fireplace with plenty of chopped wood, and a 128” theater screen concealed projector with surround sound to stream AppleTV, Prime or Hulu. The villa is fully wired indoors and out with a Sonos music system and speakers. The kitchen is a chef's dream, with one indoor and two outdoor grills, assorted cookware, Nespresso and drip coffee, and so much more. Other amenities include LG washer & dryer, air-conditioning & heating system, radiant floor heating, robust internet signal strength throughout the property, a vast movie collection and ceiling fans in every room. The villa is surrounded by 2 acres of manicured lawn and 18 acres of private land to wander through and explore. Outside you’ll also find a basketball half-court, a 100 yard golf hole/range, bicycles to explore the neighborhood, a canoe & pedal boat to explore the large pond*, and kayaks and stand-up paddle boards which can be used for leisure paddling on the pond* or taken to one of the many local rivers and lakes for more adventurous water sports.
* The fresh-water ponds and canal are fed from local water sources, which typically run from May 1 - Sept 1. Ponds may not be full outside of those dates; every year is different depending on the weather. Due to drought, canal may be on a one week on and one week off schedule.
** The Master Suite has no door but is the only room upstairs and totally private.
