The space
This apartment is in the upper right quadrant of a 1937 era four-plex. Parking is in the rear with a short stone bridge over a fish pond. To cross over. Walk across the stone patio to the rear door and enter, using your code, go up the stairs and enter Apartment “Olive”, on your left. The downstairs hallway also houses the laundry closet. Upon entering Olive , you will take several steps inside kitchen and look to your left to turn on the overhead light switch.
The apartment is generous in size with wood and stone tile floors and good closet space. Enjoy the large patio night and day.
