Positive: It had a full working kitchen and a washing machine, which came in handy for cooking in and cleaning beach towels, etc.
Negative: It says this house has big double beds but this is not an accurate description. There was a good size double bed with an old mattress that was not very comfortable. Plus, it was at the back of the room behind a big bookcase, not near windows, so the air flow was diminished and since there is not air conditioning, having the biggest bed both old and in the back of the room was problematic. The second bed in that room was like an old futon mattress and short. By no means a big double bed. However, at least it was surrounded by two windows and cool in the night. The second bedroom had a big single/small double. It fits one person or two small children. The room was not well ventilated and so without air conditioning much too hot to sleep in. The bathroom shower curtain was dirty. This could have been cleaned better before hosting guests. The kitchen had an old scratched up Teflon frying pan for cooking. This is unacceptable.
Summary: The host was very friendly but the accommodation is overpriced for what it offers.
