Only steps to the center square where you can find the resort-style pool where you can enjoy lunch on the pool deck, a theatre, gym, library, restaurant, and cafe! Pools, basketball, tennis courts, beach volleyball, and bocce all on-site. 15 minute drive to the gorgeous beaches of Naples or Marco Island and famous 5th Avenue.
Less than a one minute drive to Publix Grocery store, Starbucks and Dunkin Donuts and Less than a 5-minute drive to Walmart, and retail shopping stores.
The 1st floor has a living room with a brand new 75-inch Smart TV and connected Apple TV and new Lazy Boy Recliner chair, a dining area, a half bathroom, and a kitchen with a brand new refrigerator.
The 2nd floor has a media area w/ built-in desk, 3 large guest bedrooms w/ guest bath, a laundry room & a spacious master suite.

Summary: We enjoy our stay in this wonderful community every year. Our time in this comfortable, welcoming unit has been indeed a highlight. Val was so available and personable with all his communications. The unit was beautifully appointed and had everything we needed. It is in a perfect location for walking distance to everything Ole has to offer. We were delighted to have had the opportunity to stay here.
