Positive: Very precise and detailed instructions for check in. The location is perfect. It’s 20minutes walk or 3 stops by L1 from train station. It’s in the center of old town area with all kinds of restaurants, shops but in a quiet place. MOST IMPORTANTLY, just 3 minutes walk TO THE BEACH. The room is exactly the same as picture show, a lovely decorated apartment. When we arrived the AC was already turned on in advance and made us so comfortable when we checked in. There is even umbrella for beach and delicious snacks, small cakes and several drinks provided. In all, this is really the perfect for a period of summer vacation in Nice. I would definitely book here again if I come again.
Negative: Can not get any response/reply from landlords except for the instructions for check in. Maybe cuz they haven’t got used to the system on Booking.com ? This made us a little worried before check in.
