Summary: What a wonderful house and what a wonderful time we had there. The main floor has an excellent, fully stocked kitchen and comfy living room. Downstairs is the main bedroom and bathroom with an extra large tub. A real bonus is that it's nice and cool down there (there's also a floor fan if needed). Upstairs from the main floor is a very large bedroom with 3 single beds and a second bathroom with shower. One evening we walked down to the dock area (about a quarter mile away) to watch the sunset. It's only about 3 miles to the great Rockport shops, and a couple of additional miles to downtown Gloucester. And there's a nice place (the Lobster Pool) for lobster rolls and excellent fish & chips just a mile to the east. We took a short drive to Wingaersheek Beach, which is an incredible place with large rock formations that are islands at high tide but can be walked out to at low (so go as the tide is going out to low tide). I didn't photograph the rental but have included a photo of Wingaersheek Beach. This was a wonderful rental experience, which we definitely will repeat. A big thank you to Rachel, who was a great hostess.
