Enjoy the garden like, large backyard with a built in BBQ area. A great way to relax after a day at the beach or close by theme parks! Garage doubles as a game room with a tv and ping pong table!
Home is equipped with AC and heat!

Summary: We had a such a wonderful stay here. The neighborhood was super quiet. Though, we did get a nice wake up from a rooster at 5:30 in the morning. lol. But we enjoyed it. The beds were comfy and my kids loved the ping pong table and the backyard! It was not too far from all of our destinations (legoland, the beach, San Diego). Now this stuff I’m about to talk about didn’t bother us, but it might be a deterrent for others to stay. The air conditioner is kind of loud when it kicks on, so if you’re a light sleeper, I would take that into consideration. The water pressure isn’t super good, but that’s not the fault of the owner, but something that a person might nitpick about. Just making people aware when they consider this option. But those were it! We felt so comfy in the house. It was so neat and clean and had everything we needed for the beach which made things so much easier! I highly recommend.
