Oceanfront 4 BR, 2 Bath house with spectacular full length 35 foot oceanfront deck that has views that go forever. Watch the waves while you have that morning coffee or tea. Grill dinner while you watch the waves. Read a book inside the living room while you watch the waves crashing. Fall asleep to the sound of the waves. Oceanviews from all bedrooms. Look at the moon and the stars from the deck each evening.
THERE IS NOTHING BETTER THAN WAKING UP IN THE MORNING WITH THE SUNRISE THROUGH YOUR BEDROOM WINDOW.
House is steps (80 feet) from 19th Street Lifeguarded Beach. Home was just purchased by owners this winter and was remodeled with new carpeting, and fresh paint. Large bedrooms, set up with queen in master bedroom on first floor, queen in second bedroom on first floor, and king bed and single in third bedroom on second floor upstairs, and king and single bed in fourth bedroom upstairs second floor. High speed internet provided. Widescreen HDTV's. The home has a clothes washer and dryer. Air conditioning in each bedroom and the living room/kitchen. There is off street parking for 3 cars. Once you park here you can walk or bike to restaurants, shopping, and entertainment. Family friendly location and street. Beach badges included for 6 people. First floor bath has shower/tub. Second floor bath has a jacuzzi tub (no shower).
