The master and second bedrooms each have a private ensuite bath. The main living area's open floor plan offers oceanviews throughout and features a formal dining area with panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. Custom wood work and furniture and high-end finishes put the finishing touches on this charming home. Outside, there is a large lanai in the front of the house and a large stone patio overlooking the ocean at the back of the house. Comfortable patio furniture, a built-in fire pit and an outdoor shower are among the many amenities. Ample parking for five vehicles, including boats, trailers, and RVs. Walking distance to Flagler Avenue shopping, restaurants, and entertainment. This newly renovated home was completely refurbished in 2017. Video security used outside home.
