Located in the Crescent Beach section of North Myrtle Beach, Xanadu I offers guests a beautiful view of the beach! Xanadu D3 has a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living room with large flat screen TV, ocean views from the balcony, free parking for 2 cars, and free WIFI.
Master Bedroom has a King bed with new firm mattress, new bamboo flooring, large flat screen TV, a private restroom and oceanfront balcony access.
Second bedroom also features a King Bed with a new firm mattress, NEW bamboo flooring, 32" flat screen TV.
Third bedroom has 2 twin beds with new firm mattresses, flat screen TV, and attached restroom with tub/shower combination.
Owner provides Beach chairs and umbrella. Please bring back to condo after use, so the next guest may enjoy this amenity as well.
Xanadu I has a sparkling outdoor swimming pool and is just a short drive from the Main Street area where guests can shop at local boutiques, have dinner at several locally owned restaurants, and enjoy a small amusement park (open Memorial Day to Labor Day).
Southern Coast Vacations has a complete reservations staff that is well versed in all aspects of each of our rentals homes, and the surrounding areas. They work with you during the booking process, before your arrival for additional questions and information, and our staff is available to you 24/7. If at any time you are in need, we are able to assist!

Although homes are often equipped with some non-perishable food items, such as sugar, coffee, and spices, we cannot guarantee they will be there. Guests are supplied with a starter set of paper products. Each rental will have 1 roll of toilet tissue per bathroom and 1 paper towel roll in the kitchen. Please come prepared with your own soaps or other needed toiletries such as dish detergent or laundry detergent. Please bring any blankets or towels you plan on using outside (pool or beach).
Guests should bring their own toiletries, we supply a starter set of toiletries. Per the linen package that is already included, we will provide 1 set of towels per guest and sheets for each bed. Most properties have a washer/dryer or a coin operated facility. Please bring any blankets or towels you plan on using outside (pool or beach).

Summary: Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay here. The location was great! The beach access was wonderful and the beach was not crowded. We loved having 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The beach chairs that are provided are not what I’d consider beach chairs. They’re bag chairs, more for camping. The bedroom that has the beach view was really warm at night. We had to buy a fan to help cool it down. We also loved having a washer and dryer in the unit. The washer is huge, so you can wash a lot at once. Overall, we liked the place. Some minor things missing that would be nice like more hooks in the bathrooms and out on the deck, more mats in the bedrooms and by the sliding door to help get the sand off your feet, and a keypad entry rather than a key. Otherwise, it was great!
