Positive: This is a rustic homey house overlooking the ocean. It’s not polished, but it’s comfy and the location is good. Our home base for nearly a week but we still stayed in a couple days. There are reviews about no blinds or curtains but it only matters in one bedroom that looks out to the house next door but even that view is at an angle. There are blinds where it matters including the master bedroom upstairs which is the only bedroom we used. Nice soaker tub and the hot water in the house is hot. The entire ocean facing back walk is wide open glass but it’s a great view. I doubt the retired man next door pays any attention. It has a slow drip leak in the ceiling in the living room but the owner is working on it; it didn’t bother us at all. The cleaning person does a good job. The owner was very timely in responding and super nice so that’s good too. Well stocked kitchen and home but be a good tenant and replace what supplies you use for the next folks.
