Four bedroom modern double storey house in the centre of Aireys Inlet township. Walking distance to shops, pub, beachs and Fairhaven Surf Club. Views out over the ocean to Lorne and down into the Painkalac Valley.
Bedrooms 1x King, 3 x Queen, 2 bathrooms plus a powder room.
Two large decks for entertaining - one in front overlooking the ocean and another downstairs off the second living area featuring built in BBQ and drinks fridge. Back garden also features a 3m x 4m plunge pool incorporated into the back deck. Property is pet friendly and the rear deck is gated. Note: a jumpy dog may be able to jump the gate.
House comes complete with all linen.

Summary: The 4 bedroom, 2 shower rooms and 2 toilets was comfortable and spacious for 8 people. Beds were very comfortable. It is a home, so it was very well equipped for home cooking. Dogs were allowed inside. Tracey was easy to deal with and communicating was quick.
