From the moment you step inside this light-filled condo in Summer House Villas, you'll be treated to wonderful views of the Atlantic Ocean and the palms swaying in the breeze. The beach and the pool are just a few steps away, allowing you to easily spend your days swimming, sunbathing, and taking long walks on the sand. Venture across the street for breakfast or lunch at the golf course pro shop, then hit a few balls on the driving range or play a round of golf. The heart of downtown Isle of Palms - with its many shops, cafes, and restaurants - is four miles west, and the world-famous restaurants of historic downtown Charleston (17 miles west) are an easy day trip away.

The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
