9 large bedrooms all with 8 queen size beds and one king size bed.
6 full bathrooms each have a hair dryer.
First Floor has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms one has a washer and dryer
Second Floor has 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms kitchen, dining room, living room and main deck has two tables with chairs with a Webber grill.
Third floor has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms a family room a deck and a sun room.

It is within walking distance of Scarborough beach. The beach is free to walk on. It is about an 8 to 10 minute walk.
We supply beach chairs and beach towels and some beach toys.

Summary: 15 of us had a wonderful stay and especially loved the great big, well stocked kitchen with huge prep island, three floors of bedrooms so families could have their own spaces and proximity to Scarborough Beach.
