It has Tile Flooring throughout, Lighted Ceiling Fans and LED lighting in every room, Crown Molding and Chair Rail throughout the unit. 2 Bedrooms, 2 Full Baths, and is a Ground Floor Flat Unit with no step-down in the living room to ensure your comfortability. It comfortably sleeps six (6) with room to spare. The Oceanview Master is furnished with a Deluxe King Bed w/Nightstands, 5 Drawer Chest, Flat Screen TV and tiled Walk-In Shower. The 2nd Bedroom has two (2) Twin Beds w/ Nightstand, 5-Drawer Chest, Flat Screen TV, and there is a tiled Shower/Tub Combo in the 2nd Bathroom. There is also a luxurious Fluted Queen Murphy Bed between the Living and Dining area for additional sleeping accommodations. The Oceanview Living Room has a New Sofa, Love Seats, Lounge Chair w/Ottoman, a 65" Big Screen TV, DVD Player, Coffee Table and End Tables. The Dining Room has seating for eight (8). The Kitchen is Fully stocked and has Stainless Steel Appliances, Iced-Coffee, Multi-Serve Coffee Pot, and a single-serve Keurig. All three (3) Flat Screens are Smart HDTV's with HDMI Inputs to add your games or Firesticks. Upgraded Cable and Boxes which include HD Package, Smart TV Apps, and Voice Activated Remotes. Unit has a Washer & Dryer, Hurricane Impact Resistant Windows (w/Plantation Shutters) and Doors, and includes High Speed WiFi Internet. This is a Non-Smoking Unit with No Pets Allowed. It has a large back patio which is furnished with a table and exterior chairs that look directly over the pool and the ocean. Rentals are Weekly and Monthly. Summerhouse has 4 Temperature Controlled Pools, 4 Tennis Courts, 4 Racquetball Courts, 8 Pickleball Courts, 4 Beach Walk-Overs, Shuffle Board, and an RV/Boat Storage Area. There are 2 Grilling Areas for the family and 2 Playgrounds for the kids, conveniently located at either end of the property. There is a small Book Library and a Fitness Room available during normal business hours.
