Situated in the Cedar Reef Villas of Harbor Island, this fully equipped 2 bedroom, 2 ½ bath condo underwent a remodel in January 2021, featuring new cabinets, granite countertops, flooring, and appliances. Enjoy panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean from your private deck, the main living area, or the primary bedroom, where dolphins are frequently spotted playing in the water, and shrimp boats are a common sight.
The open floor plan encompasses spacious bedrooms with their own bathrooms and closets. The upstairs primary bedroom and bathroom boast a newly tiled walk-in shower and a luxurious king-size bed, while the guest room offers a double and a twin bed. The condo comes complete with bed linens, kitchen cookware, and TVs in the living room and both bedrooms. Additionally, it overlooks the Cedar Reef pool, and you can access more amenities at the nearby Beach and Racquet Club, including a pool, exercise facilities, volleyball, tennis, pickleball, and basketball courts.
Harbor Island, a gated community in the Lowcountry of the Carolina Sea Islands, is known for its breathtaking natural beauty, featuring Spanish moss-draped live oak and lush palmetto trees surrounding shimmering marshes. The community provides 24-hour security and boasts 2 ½ miles of private, pristine, uncrowded white sandy beaches, ideal for family getaways. Water sports enthusiasts can enjoy kayaking, beach fishing, and crabbing in the tidal creeks.
Located 14 miles east of historic downtown Beaufort, SC, and Paris Island, the area has served as the backdrop for notable films like Forest Gump, The Big Chill, and The Prince of Tides. The Beach Club of Harbor Island features an Olympic-size pool and a workout facility. Additional amenities with the rental include two more pools,gym access, tennis courts, pickelball, a sand volleyball court, basketball court, and, of course, access to the beach. The lighthouse and beach at Hunting Island State Park are less than a mile from the Harbor Island gate, and a Hunting Island State Park pass is included.
