Relax and enjoy the ocean views and views of the town from this cozy and elegant Guest House. It is a 2 minute drive to downtown, to front and back beach and Historic Bearskin Neck! On the main level you have the open concept kitchen and living room with a cozy granite fire place. Also on this level is the master bedroom with a king size bed, a large closet and a full bathroom. Going down the stairs you have the second bedroom with bunk beds twin size and the second full bathroom. An extra mattress will be in the closet that can be use for an extra children. From this level you have access to a nice hangout area with a bar that leads you outside to a beautiful patio and backyard. Also in the patio there is a grill, dinning area and a fire place(use just for decoration) and a playground for small kids! Create unforgettable memories in this cozy, elegant, and spacious oceanfront retreat. Welcome to your home by the sea!
